Refund policy
This operational policy describes the refund states implemented in the current repository. Production processing times and legal terms still require operator confirmation.
Before publication
A paid submission that is finally rejected before publication receives an automatic full refund. Temporary network failures require retry and are not final rejection.
Cancelling checkout preserves a draft and does not itself create a charge. Archiving a product takes it offline but does not automatically request a refund.
After publication
Request a refund from the order page. An administrator reviews published-listing refund requests.
Full refunds remove paid benefits, cancel homepage promotion, and suspend the paid listing. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke full entitlements.
Processing and disputes
Refund requests and failures are recorded for retry. Disputes are handled separately and suspend affected paid listings.
The local build simulates these states and does not move real money. Production processing times, processor rules, taxes, and legal obligations must be confirmed before live payments.
