Terms of use
These are review-draft terms for the current FindAIforWork service. They are not final legal terms and do not identify an operator, governing law, or liability position.
Scope and status
FindAIforWork is an independent directory of AI products for productive work. These draft terms describe how submissions, listings, plans, and directory use are handled in the current build.
Operator identity, formal support contact, governing law, dispute resolution, tax treatment, liability limits, and mandatory consumer disclosures are not finalized here. Do not treat this page as a complete or effective legal agreement.
Submissions and eligibility
Makers must provide accurate information, a working official HTTPS website, and content they have the right to publish. Submissions must describe a real AI product for productive work.
Duplicate, non-AI, deceptive, infringing, political, religious, adult, fraudulent, malware-related, or otherwise unsafe listings may be rejected, hidden, suspended, or removed. Administrators may request changes or evidence before approval.
Review and publication
Free listings require a verified public, followable homepage backlink and human review, targeted within 14 days. Paid submissions publish after validation and confirmed payment and remain subject to post-publication review.
A listing can be removed or suspended for policy violations. A public listing remains subject to the current directory rules even after publication.
Plans and links
Free costs $0 and includes a directory listing after backlink verification and approval. Basic costs $29.90 once and includes up to 3 custom dofollow links. Pro costs $99.90 once and includes up to 5 custom dofollow links plus the additional Featured benefits described on the pricing page.
Eligible links are dofollow. Paid listings do not require a backlink. Official website and maker links are separate from custom links. FindAIforWork does not guarantee domain rating, indexing, rankings, traffic, or sales.
Featured benefits
Pro includes a Featured embed badge, a long-term Featured border, priority support, and 30 days of homepage rotation from first publication. Long-term means while the service operates and the listing remains valid and compliant. It does not mean permanent homepage placement.
Featured placement is paid promotion and is separate from natural directory discovery.
Updates and takedowns
Makers can edit their listing from the dashboard. Approved public content remains visible while a replacement revision is under review. Free edits require a current backlink check and review.
Makers can archive a product to take it offline. Archiving does not automatically create a refund request. Administrators may remove a listing when it violates these rules or creates a legal, security, or operational risk.
Payments and refunds
A paid submission that is finally rejected before publication receives an automatic full refund. Temporary network failures require retry and are not final rejection.
Refunds after publication require administrator approval. A full refund removes paid benefits, cancels homepage promotion, and suspends the paid listing. Partial refunds do not automatically revoke full entitlements. See the Refund policy for the current process.
Directory limitations
The directory is provided as a discovery service. Listings are submitted by makers and may contain third-party links or claims. Visitors should evaluate products independently before relying on them.
The current build uses local test checkout and email flows. Production availability, support response, payment processing, and legal compliance must be configured before a live paid launch.
Operator and legal details
The responsible legal entity, registered address, support channel, governing law, venue, tax treatment, liability allocation, and mandatory consumer notices are not yet present in this draft.
Those details must be supplied and reviewed by qualified counsel before this page is presented as final terms or before the site accepts real payments.
Changes
The operator may need to change these terms before launch or when the service changes. A production version must identify its effective date and provide any notice or consent process required by applicable law.
